Along the way, Bin has gained in-depth experience and expertise in Lean Tools, manufacturing processes, and leading-edge technologies while building an impeccable record of driving rapid top-line growth.

Bin has been particularly fortunate to develop and lead high-performance multinational teams through start-up and turn-around situations in the APAC region. He developed a strong background in general management, supply chain management, inventory control, cost reduction, ERP implementation, technical research, plant operations, and regulatory compliance.

In his spare time, Bin enjoys hiking, reading, and photography.
