Dana is a certified executive coach, organizational consultant, group facilitator, and keynote speaker focused on the relationship between individual and business performance at work.

Dana currently serves organizations including Booking Holdings, Flex, The Ford Foundation, MassMutual, McKinsey & Company, The New School, News Corp, and Oxeon Partners. Past clients include Accenture, Alcoa, Citibank, EDENS, Google, KPMG, Lincoln Financial, Nestlé, Royal Ahold, and ScotiaBank.

As Managing Director at Mobius Executive Leadership, she partnered with Egon Zehnder to help companies such as Bailian in China to develop leaders who can drive transformational change. At The Energy Project, where she built a global consulting practice around international business bestseller, The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working, Dana helped some of the world’s top leaders to perform more sustainably. At McKinsey & Company, as Practice Manager of Capability for Performance, Dana delivered measurable impact at scale. A regular contributor to Fast Company online magazine, Dana’s thought leadership has been featured in The Boston Globe, More, SELF, and multiple print volumes.

Dana received a certificate in Executive Coaching from The Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research and was awarded a PhD with distinction from Northwestern University. In her spare time, Dana enjoys international travel, creative and professional writing, hiking, non-contact boxing, cooking and eating!
