Adapt to a new role: In my 24 years career journey, I've been experienced in seven new roles It's proven that successfully "adapting to new role" is effective for leadership development and building systematic and strategic thinking.

Developing Strategic vision: When talking about strategy, we’d consider Strategy Design (top level), Strategy Alignment (all levels) and Strategy Execution (low level). I have experienced from low to high level, how to build the strategic thinking, to develop strategic vision, it’s also part of my coaching area for clients.

Driving Organization Change is not only limited to reactive ones that you face the challenges. Change is more related with leading changes that will enable yourself or your organization in the front edge as always. During my career journey, “Driving organization change” was happened in most of the functions, resulted in business growth.

Emotional intelligence: Being a coach, EI is so important, I often built it from the following three perspectives: standing in my own, Standing on counterpart perspectives,. Standing in God’s view. I have many successful coaching cases to improve EI, including practice dialog as a coach, and I play Mentor’s role to partner with the clients in the journey.

Influencing others: In my HR role, I often saw my leadership team is lack of capability of strategic thinking and influencing others. It’s related with Why-How-What. Why shall I influence others, How to influence others, and what is the first step. For this part, constructive suggestion, courage, communication skills are all related. It’s part of coaching session.

Succession planning: It’s the vital process for HR, we often start the Succession planning right after performance evaluation, set up matrix dimensions to measure their performance and leadership competence together, then mark with green/yellow/red to indicate the people’s situation, then build up Individual Development plan and organization development plan.
