Gerry is a highly-accomplished senior executive from the finance industry who has transitioned full-time to executive and leadership coaching.
At the Charles Schwab Corporation, Gerry served in various leadership roles including Chief of Staff for Financial Products and Services, COO, CFO of Schwab’s International Operations, Corporate Controller, and SVP of Internal Audit. Prior to Schwab, Gerry distinguished herself in the world of venture capital where she managed investment analysis, business planning, and turnarounds for an industry-leading VC firm. Her career began in public accounting with Deloitte where she specialized in small business planning and audit. It is this rich business experience that enables Gerry to provide valuable business and leadership insights to her coachees.
As a leadership coach, Gerry knows firsthand the challenges leaders face in managing increasingly complex issues. She helps the already successful to unleash their full leadership potential by utilizing insightful methodologies, tools and frameworks to identify generative solutions, discover untapped potential, and reveal and remove self-sabotaging behaviors.
