Jackie was a senior marketing director of global leading MNCs in FMCG & Healthcare industries, with +15 years’ experience in commercial sectors, plus +10 years’ experience in functional leadership. As member of APAC leadership team, Jackie was accountable for P&L delivery and managed five1-billion-size (RMB) brands. She was always passionate about developing talents and building high performing team as an experienced coach-style leader.
Jackie also owned expertise in e-commerce, international trading, digital marketing & social, go-to-market strategy, customer & channel management, etc. She had extensive cross-cultural collaboration and management experience by working with US, French, Australian, and Chinese-owned MNCs.

Had immersive leadership experience with multi-cultural teams from Asia, USA, Australia and France, with deep understanding of the diverse mindsets and behaviors from different cultures in business contexts. Worked with ~50 senior leaders around leading in cross cultures and regions.
