Starting in London as Sales & Marketing Manager for Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kimberley was responsible for multi-million pound revenues. She quickly became Hotel General Manager, where she led a new team to win ‘Hotel of the Year 2012’ in Europe. Her leadership excellence in a fast-paced environment led her to be nominated ‘Business Woman of the Year’ and Chairman for the city’s Hospitality Association. Royal Caribbean International and Princess Cruises used her passion for developing others to achieve company success in their revenue and service targets. For last 5 years, Kimberley has been training crew from over 80 different nationalities, as well as coaching Senior Management (up to Captain level) to achieve leadership and company success.

Kimberley earned her BA Hons Degree in Marketing Management & Media Communications (University of Gloucestershire, UK), and maintains deep understanding of digital marketing and strategy.
