Team GloCoach welcomes Jessica Gu as Customer Experience Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing the delivery of coaching programs and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience during their coaching journeys.
Prior to joining GloCoach, Jessica served as Admin and Ops Manager with Josen Consulting where she specialized in program management and implementation, serving Fortune 500 organizations. She also served as Program Manager with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she successfully delivered 6 international exchange programs comprising more than 3,500 undergraduates worldwide in collaboration with overseas institutions such as the universities of Sydney and Auckland.
