Benjamin Feng received his BS and MS degrees from MIT and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Benjamin is an active MIT and HBS alumnus. He is education counselor for MIT helping to interview applicants. He held the position of President of the Harvard Business School alumni association in Taiwan. Benjamin has been sponsoring a Harvard Krokodiloes to perform in China and Taiwan for 20 years. Benjamin also enjoys doing charity projects with under privileged students in China.
Ben was in investment banking and the investment industry for over 30 years. He was the first with Citibank working in foreign exchange trading, corporate banking, investment banking, private banking, and problem loan management, while living in New York, Taipei, Singapore, and Indonesia. In 1988, Benjamin became Managing Director of Kwanghua Securities Investment Trust .He grew the asset under management from less than USD 100 million to over one USD billion. Kwanghua became the largest mutual fund company in Taiwan under his leadership. He then founded the All Asia Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in Taiwan and the Silicon Valley. In 2008,he became a senior partner at PacLink Capital in Shanghai. During this time Benjamin was on the board of several companies and invested in healthcare, information, technology, gaming, clean tech, education industries.
Benjamin Feng is a senior partner at Gateway, an organization with a mission to develop lifelong skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and creativity for children age 6 to 18 in China. Benjamin has brought in numerous MIT and Harvard students as instructors to carry out summer and winter programs to fulfill this mission. He also recruits top-notch Chinese college and high school students as aids for these life-skills programs.
