Previous Experience:

Carl began his consulting career as a Solution Consultant at **Wilson Learning**, where he worked for five years. He then transitioned to corporate in-house HR roles in multinational companies such as **Cushman Wakefield**, **Johnson Controls**, **Capgemini**, and **Savills**. In these positions, he held managerial roles at both Greater China and regional corporate levels, overseeing Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. As the Regional Learning & Development Lead at **Cargill**, he was responsible for the APAC Leadership Academy. At the **Global Volvo Cars Academy**, he served as an APAC Leadership Expert, deploying global programs with local adaptations for mid-senior leaders in the region. Additionally, Carl ran his own marketing and event company for three years before pursuing further academic studies overseas.

He possesses deep cultural insights from his extensive experience with multinational and domestic enterprises. Carl is deeply committed to volunteering and community service. Over the past 10 years, he has accumulated over 2,000 coaching hours and volunteers as a life and career coach for the NGO Zhihui (职慧), assisting university students from remote areas in China who face adaptation challenges. He is also a career coach for MBA professionals at  Tongji University and supports the Australia China Alumni Association (ACAA).
