Meng has devoted herself to the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years, covering various fields, such as sales, sales management, marketing, training, and coaching, etc. She has extensive experience with multinational companies, including Brand Management, Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Team Management, People Management, Business Management, Channel Management, Government Affairs, Training and so on.

Meng has nearly 17 years of working experience in multinational companies such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, Sanofi. She used to work as a National Sales Director of Oncology BU in Sanofi, other positions also included National Training Manager, Regional Manager, Brand Manager, etc. She achieved excellent performance during these years, and coached sales and managers for over a hundred hours on a wide range of topics, from professional skills, career development, performance improvement, leadership, etc.

Meng majored in Medical Science and received a Master's Degree in Quality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a diploma in Sales Management from CEIBS. As a certified ACC coach of ICF, Meng also is a professional practitioner of NLP, a Lumina Spark/ Leadership practitioner, Hogan practitioner, and Disc practitioner. She has accumulated over 1300 hours of coaching.

Currently, she is mainly working as a trainer and a professional coach. She has provided a number of customers with coaching services, including local and foreign companies with different scales. She has provided training services for a wide range of participants from different departments, including General Managers, Sales, the Customer Service team and their managers. Various topics were covered, such as Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, People Management, Business Management, Field Coaching, BP Formulation, Key Opinion Leader Management, Marketing, Training to Trainers and so on.

With Meng’s coaching, customers realize how important it is to build a positive attitude towards working so that their employees would actively seek to improve their working skills and improve through self-discovery. Instead of changing their behaviors superficially, it is meaningful to change the way employees thinking fundamentally.
