In this role, Edgar demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, successfully introducing and implementing the "One global bank - one global brand" strategy. This initiative unified UBS's global branding efforts, enhancing the company's international presence and brand cohesion.
Edgar's success at UBS led to his recruitment by Accenture as an international partner. At Accenture, he served large blue-chip companies across Europe, providing high-level consulting services and strategic advice. He led the marketing unit within Accenture Strategy Group (ASG), where he was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for clients, as well as leading internal marketing initiatives. Currently, Edgar leverages his extensive experience by serving on several supervisory and advisory boards of companies in Europe and Asia, where he contributes his expertise in strategy, transformation, and brand management.
