My forte and passion lie in training, teaching and coaching. I have spent most of my career as a trainer, coach, lecturer and facilitator (in both problem-based learning and team-based learning), helping others grow and develop. In a career spanning 20 years across the healthcare, education, training and pharmaceutical industries, I have designed, developed and delivered numerous training programs. These programs range from basic pharmacology to sales, presentation and communication skills, to coaching, leadership and train-the-trainer programs. In addition, I've spent several years training and coaching trainers, sales managers and sales reps across Asia-Pacific in my regional roles.
I'm a licensed pharmacist with a Masters in Clinical Pharmacology, who has authored a paper, written 2 theses, done both animal and clinical research, and practised as a pharmacist in both hospital and retail pharmacies.
My background as a practising pharmacist, combined with my experience in training and teaching, and my work with multiple pharmaceutical companies, as well as across 13 countries in Asia-Pacific, has enriched me with a breadth of experience, and unique 360-degree insights, enabling me to be strategically positioned as a highly valued training consultant and coach for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors. Over the course of my career, I have accumulated approximately over 1,700 coaching hours.
I am also trained in Applied Positive Psychology (Grad Dip in Applied Positive Psychology), and a certified Positive Psychology Coach as well as SPARK Resilience trainer. Hence, I incorporate Positive Psychology concepts and frameworks into both my training and coaching.
I have also been working with Ocean Geographic Society (NGO) for the past 12 years, and am currently Chief Editor of Ocean Geographic magazine.

I've coached sales reps, sales managers, people managers, trainers as well as training managers, across 13 countries in Asia-Pacific. With managers who are expected to coach their team members, I coach-the-coach. I have also done both in-field coaching (i.e. I observe both sales reps and sales managers in the field then coach them around my observations), as well as online coaching. Topics ranged from sales to presence and presentation skills, to training, to managing and motivating teams, managing difficult team members/customers (which requires emotional intelligence, communication intelligence, and influence).
