François is a talented coach who distinguishes himself as a leader with an international and multicultural experience. He has been key at helping me to improve my leadership capabilities and has allowed me to make a determining step forward in my career. I do recommend him.

François provides senior executives with his long-term CEO experience in a banking group. His solid coaching skills have been a real plus to boost my efficiency quickly when I was appointed to my new responsibility with the objective of changing the organization.

"rancois was the country Head of BNPP China. He personally led the successful local incorporation of BNPP (China) Limited. He is a great leader and also very diligent in the working.

For the three years that Francois ran BNP Paribas Group Australia, I worked with and for him as the CEO of BNPP's asset management subsidiary in Australia. As Chair of my Board of Directors, Francois exhibited keen insights and incredible skill in the supervision of the business. As my regional manager, Francois was a wonderful mentor, relished engaging in difficult problems at a CEO level and driving to positive solutions. His high moral character and integrity make him trustworthy. He is a model citizen and a good person. He can be detail oriented and knows how to get results.

When Francois took over the leadership of the bank in Australia, it had gone through a number of years of being a rather risk adverse lender and as a consequence were becoming marginalised in comparison with the international peer banking group. In a very short space of time Francois energised the place, replacing a lot of staff and made the bank meaningful to the local corporate clients, especially those who required an international banking partner. Francois was an excellent and effective communicator and excelled in convincing the powers in Paris that Australia, its corporates, its people and of course the Australian business were worth investing in.

Francois has made a tremendous job in transforming the European network of BNP Paribas in Europe by upgrading the quality of the teams, designing a coherent and sustainable strategy and rolling out his plan in a very efficient way. At that time he was my boss and has taught me a lot. I still think of what he would have done when I have to make strategic decisions in my position.

Francois is unique, as anyone who ever worked around him knows. He’s a natural leader; sets high standards for himself and expects the same effort of others. He’s charismatic and engaging, always looking for solutions. He is high energy and it’s contagious. . . all of which is extremely rare in a world-class investment banker.
