Jane has worked in many industries over her 30+ years of experience in China. Starting in China trade in Shanghai in 1982 and moving into the nuclear, fossil and wind power business through the 90s and 2000s, she has experience of WFOE establishment, Joint Venture negotiation and is adept at the development of successful and co-operative relationships with a wide variety of governmental and business stakeholders. Jane has managed the establishment and sales of a clipped packaging company, and the development of the China market for an online education company. In addition to working in manufacturing and business development, Jane has also worked with Cancer Research UK, a UK Charity, to establish medical research co-operation between China and the UK.

With experience in Business Development, Project Management, Sales, HR and Administration and fluent in Putonghua, Jane is familiar with business in China, the USA and Europe.

Jane has over 5 years and 500+ hours of coaching experience with accreditation from the World Association of Business Coaches, as well as being an accredited practitioner for Harrison Assessments and Lumina Spark/Emotion. Jane believes in working closely with clients to confront and solve challenges for growth and success.

Jane is a graduate of London University's School of Oriental and African Studies with a BA in Chinese. She also has an MBA from London University.

Jane has 3 grown up kids, lives in London and Cairo, and is interested in opera, theatre, gardening and tennis.
