Julia is a very passionate executive development coach with a large professional tool kit. She has great listening skills and helped me reflect on my core believes, strengths and weaknesses from a different perspective. I am recently working on the "Ladder of Inference" model with her to improve my leadership effectiveness and external perception in a cross-cultural environment. This is really a value-adding journey of transition to help me move up the management ladder and be more successful in both career and life. Thank you Julia!
