Introduction

Ma Li has more than 30 years of work experience in state and foreign owned enterprises and has worked as a professional coach for seven years. His industries of expertise include internet, finance, manufacturing, investment banking and automotive. His coachees range from directors leading teams of 3,000 to managers leading teams of 10.

Li specializes in coaching executives and leaders. He has delivered numerous workshops on coaching-styled management to Fortune 500 customers, and offers a regular program helping directors to become leader-coaches.

Li graduated from ICA (International Coaching Academy) and is a SPOT and ICF (International Coach Federation) certified coach.
