Martin has spent 17 of his 30 years in Greater China, starting 3 new businesses along the way. Martin currently spends much of his time as an Advisor to business management teams and coaching executives as they address key challenges in their businesses and organizations. Martin is also supporting Hong Kong Science and Technology Park as an Advisor to some of their unicorn businesses.
As a strong believer in growth mindset and continuous development, Martin is also a certified facilitator of the Midnight Lunch creative thinking and innovation methodology. In addition, Martin is a certified facilitator of the Creatrix process for building both individual and organizational innovation capabilities. Martin has helped create leaders across more than a dozen industries and more than 12 countries around he world.
