Pablo is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years of corporate experience in the Pharmaceutical and Technology industries.

Having graduated with a dual degree as a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Certified Public Accountant, Pablo started his career as a Strategic Consultant working for Booz Allen & Hamilton (currently part of PwC). He also worked as Strategic Investment Manager at Intel Capital (Intel’s Venture Capital arm) and started his own startup company focused on delivering audio and video transitions over digital networks.

Over the next 10 years Pablo worked in the pharmaceutical industry, first as Director of Consulting and Services for IMS Health (currently IQVia) and then as Director of New Business Development for two regional manufacturers: Genomma Lab and Recalcine (today part of Abbott).

Pablo has taught business and leadership subjects at the Catholic University of Argentina and Chile and the Adolfo Ibañez University, and was Teaching Assistant at the M.I.T.-Sloan School of Management. In 2013 he got certified as a coach, and since then he has worked with multinational, non-for-profit, and startup companies, helping his coachees improve their leadership capabilities and exceed business results. He has extensive work experience in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Pablo holds an MBA from the M.I.T.-Sloan School of Management and is a certified Ontological Coach from The Newfield Network. He is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently.
