Richard’s professional background includes more than 25 years of experience in education, leadership, and consulting. He is an Adjunct Instructor that teaches university business courses, healthcare courses, and an International Student Mentor. He also creates content for leadership programs for future leaders and serves as an educational and business consultant.

Richard served in various types of leadership roles in the retail industry. His leadership experience consists of progressive roles of responsibility as a Regional Manager, Store Manager, Marketing Manager and Operations Manager. He also has extensive experience as an executive in customer-facing roles in a sales and leadership capacity.

Aside from educational and leadership interests, Richard has a passion for continual learning. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management with a Specialization in Change Leadership from Kaplan University and a Master of Health Administration degree from Capella University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Richard also holds certifications as a Business Consultant and Business Coaching Specialist as well as Six Sigma certification.

Richard is an avid reader and writer and has published three books on the subject of coaching, training, and developing leadership skills. He resides in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States and enjoys spending time with his son and family, a baseball fan, and enjoys many types of music.
