Shubha is a seasoned executive with more than 3 decades of experience serving multinational companies in IT strategy, operations, delivery, quality assurance, sales, manufacturing, leadership development and executive coaching. She has experience managing large global teams, customer service, change management and operations for both large companies and startups. She is familiar with all aspects of organizational development and has extensive experience developing and implementing programs which make a significant impact on both businesses and the individuals.

Shubha started her career with Advani Oerlikon, Blue Star, and Escorts and later served in leadership roles with Motorola, Dell, Thomson Reuters and Tata. She was the Chief Technology Officer for Thomson Reuters. Her last corporate assignment was with Thomson Reuters as VP and Global Head of their Enterprise Business Group. In these roles, she has defined and driven programs for change management, large- scale process quality improvement, and technology integration. She has also played an instrumental role in creating learning strategies and facilitating initiatives for organizational effectiveness globally

Since 2015 Shubha has been active in leadership development, coaching, mentoring and consulting. She has coached leaders at all levels, and helped startup organizations with process quality and diversity initiatives including mentoring female leaders aspiring to take up leadership roles.Her clients include individuals from telecom, retail, finance, NGO, IT services, engineering services, aerospace and product development companies. She has mentored women leaders and helped them to grow in their careers. She was the Program Director for the First Linkage Inc. program “Women In Leadership” conducted in India in 2016.

One of Shubha's area of expertise is Objective and Key Results (OKR) management, where she coaches and delivers workshops and webinars for creating OKR awareness for both organizations and individuals.

Shubha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. She is also a Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching as well as the Coaching Foundation of India. In her spare time she enjoys reading and writing.

I have coached senior leaders during job transitions and adapting to new roles. I find it is a challenge for leaders at times to delegate some of their responsibilities and therefore they struggle to scale when they move up the ladder. I have personally lead several change management programs and have coached leaders facing organizational changes. The biggest challenge is individuals find it difficult to navigate through the ambiguity which exist sometimes during change programs, The mindset issues are the biggest issues that individuals struggle with. Sometimes they are unable to look at the bigger picture and therefore find it challenging to accept change of any kind.
