Sina and I worked on a project together for THNK in 2015. His direction was extremely helpful, and I very much enjoyed our collaboration and his mentorship. As an entrepreneur, Sina is smart, adaptive and focused. He understands customer behavior in the digital space like no other, and I'd welcome any opportunity to work with him in the future again (can we make this happen please?)

Sina is the quintessential entrepreneur - endlessly optimistic, open-minded, generous, and focused. He has built two businesses in Shanghai without speaking the language and as a “foreigner.” His success speaks to his deep empathy and ability to make human connections.

Sina is one of my great trusted advisers. We started working on projects that through his technology went far beyond my agencies expectations as well as our client at the time. As we worked on new projects and I was fortunate to have his support on many aspects of my business from Creative, Strategy, agile consumer insights technology and business development.

I have witnessed Sina play a key role in building out an amazing platform agile insights and engagement platform and process that allows brands to tap into the most engaged, informed and interesting consumers for missions which can generate agile insight and real impact. In my 15 years in China, I have come across very few concepts that excite me more than one that Sina helped to create. I have sat with him in client meetings where he was super creative in helping brands to leverage the platform for outcomes and understandings that could not be achieved by any other means. Speaking from experience, it is not easy to get clients to buy into something ‘new’ and ‘untested,’ but Sina is someone who can not only get clients to buy in, he delivers on his promise. It is also not easy to be doing all of this while in his early 30’s in such a challenging market. Sina clearly is not easily intimidated; his entrepreneurial, innovative drive allows him to find new opportunities in disruption.
