I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an accredited Evidence-Based Coach by Fielding Graduate University; having been certified to administer assessment tools such as Hogan, DISC, 360 feedback and Facet5; I support SISU’s MBA students in Mentor-Mentee program since 2011, formerly assumed the role of VP and Ambassador for ICF Shanghai Chapter, from 2013 to 2017, to have promoted quality coaching and maintain the highest standard in ICF and coaching industry; I am a contracted coach with German Industrial and Commerce, a global coach for Coach A (one of the world’s largest coaching organizations); I provide Mentoring Coaching for students in coaching schools.

In coaching session No2 I had a very stressful situation in work, Surina helped me to analyze my situation and understand the stress factors.   My expectations set at the beginning were fulfilled: (1) Deeper understanding of nonverbal communication (2) Reflection about strengths and weaknesses and impression towards others (3) Adaption to Chinese business culture It took some time in the beginning to get used to the coaching approach. For me it was not only the content of the coaching but also the coaching process itself to learn about. Actually this also benefit for my further working life back to Germany.

Surina is good at mastering proper deployment along the coach process based on my scenarios, when things were going smooth, she clarified with me and walked me through an action plan promptly.
