Introduction

Tilman is a senior Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Business Mediator with nearly 15 years of HR related work experience in the automotive industry out of which almost 10 years in international leadership positions.



He supports both Asian and Western leaders across different business fields in situations of change, development and conflict, mostly in an intercultural context. This includes in particular career transitioning, onboarding, intercultural communication, conflict prevention and resolution, change management, performance management and leadership development.



Additionally, he works with trailing spouses/partners of expatriates who often experience a very different time abroad in comparison to their partners at work. His scope of service in this field comprises: intercultural preparation for living in China, career transitioning, mindfulness and life coaching.



Tilman was HR Director of General Motors Europe overseeing 3000 employees across Europe and successfully drove major restructurings and change.
