Tony has worked in different well-known multinational companies for more than 16 years. He has solid knowledge, skills and experience on sales & marketing and business operation with outstanding business performance and team development. He grew up to a professional sales manager in DuPont” and became a BU header in Siegwerk which lead his team to become the best performance team among global 17 teams from 2010 to 2011.

With Harmony, Responsibility, Learner, Developer and Focus as his top 5 strengths, in 2012, Tony Wang decided to follow his passion for coaching and helping others become better and embrace this legacy-leaving cause for the rest of his life.

After several years’ practical experience and lots of self-study such as ICA, team coaching and ORSC, his whole-hearted dedication lead him to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC given by International Coach Federation) in Oct. 2015. He also got his EQ-i 2.0 certification and Gallup Strengthfinder certification. He provides coaching service in several global coaching projects as well as many individual coaching cases on Leadership, EQ, Business performance, Team Strength and more.
