Fluent in both Mandarin and English, he has supported the leadership development and project management of leaders and managers throughout the APAC region.
Having worked as a Strategy & Digital Solutions Project Manager in HR, Regional Information Security Manager, Business Process Consultant, Map Database Manager and Software Engineer in a renowned automotive company, Wai Yeong is an expert in the industry.
Wai Yeong is a self-motivated, down-to-earth and professional practitioner. He believes that the sustainable growth of corporations comes with a learning mechanism, and thus he is devoted to facilitate learning and development in executives, directors and leaders to bring about organizational effectiveness and cultivate strong leadership.
Wai Yeong received his MBA from University of Melbourne and he graduated with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Communication and Control Engineering from the University of Manchester. He has received coach training for individuals and teams from International Coach Academy (ICA) and World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) respectively, and started practising ever since.
During his free time, Wai Yeong likes to meditate, read, travel, do volunteer work and spend time with his family.
