Through my workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions, I help CEO and Country Head of HR align HR-Business strategic initiatives, fix non-optimised processes, improve team mindset to reduce stress and improve efficiency, and transform organisations to promote learning and self-development. Also, I train trainers to perform training more effectively by adopting different means of media for better presentation and people engagement.
Coming from a multi-cultural society Malaysia, I am multi-lingual, speaking fluently in Chinese, English, Malay Language and Cantonese. Having spent about 15 years in China, and working with people from Europe and America, I am able to be a good bridge between the East and the West in both communication matters and understanding. After leaving Malaysia in 1989, I have stayed in Singapore, Manchester in the UK, Germany (Wetzlar), France (Rambouilette), later on moved to work and live Shanghai, China in 2005.
Graduated with an engineering degree, and later on pursued further study in business administration, I can speak both technical and non-technical languages. Also, working with other volunteers in volunteer organisations gives me an edge to influence and lead without authorities.
On the personal side, I am a husband, and a father of a 8 year-old boy. I enjoy reading and listening to books, travelling, spiritual practices and being a social volunteer.
