Maximizing Your Experience with Our App

This guide will help you navigate and utilize the app's features effectively. Whether you are a sponsor or a talent, this guide provides all the necessary information to get started and make the most out of your experience.

Login To App

  • Enter Your registered email address to login.

OTP Verification

  • Receive an OTP sent to your email.
  • Enter the OTP on the mobile app screen.

Instruction Guide

  • Instruction pages provide a brief introduction and instructions on how to use the app.
  • Instruction Pages have three Slides.

Button Navigation

  • The next Button navigates to the next instruction page.
  • Skip Button Skip the instructions and proceed directly to the Home Screen.

Home Screen

  • Displays the list of talents assigned to the respective sponsor along with their Name, Title/Function, and Status of Interview.
  • We have maintained the status of the interviews (New, In Progress, Completed).

Start Interview Screen

  • This screen has a glance view of the selected talent's name and title/function.
  • Let's Begin is to Start the interview.

Interview Screen

  • “Hold To Speak Or Drag To Lock” indicates the option to press and hold to speak or drag to lock the speaking mode.
  • Pause/Resume Functionality allows you to click anywhere on the screen to pause the interview and click again to resume.

Button

  • The back button takes you back to the Home screen.
  • The finish button allows you to finish the interview.

Talent Builder Matrix

  • Displays the Talent Builder Matrix (TBM) data collected during the interview with Lance.
  • This has different sections for better visibility.

Buttons

  • Export Button: Generates and sends the Talent Builder Matrix (TBM) to the user’s email.
  • Restart Button: Starts a new interview session with Lance.
  • Submit Button: Emails the report to a senior consultant for review.
