GloCoach was recently selected as the exclusive provider of one-on-one, laser-focused coaching in support of the prestigious Siemens Leadership Excellence Program (SLEP). After a rigorous procurement process that included a 3-month trial with several Siemens' coachees, GloCoach was selected among several competitors for its ability to match each coachee with just the right coach based on a proprietary matching algorithm, as well as the ability to deliver and accurately track targeted performance improvement.
