With 25-year experience working as HR director, consultant, leadership trainer and coach, Betty is an expert in talent management and development. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she has supported hundreds of potential talents and young leaders with their successful career transitions and leadership development both in Canada and China.
Betty has 12 years’ work experience in HR, consultancy and training before she became a professional leadership coach. Her previous clients and employers include CCDI, TYLIN China, Watson Syatt etc. She has also founded her own HR company. Betty has more than 500 hours one-on-one leadership coaching experience since 2012. She also designed and delivered the “leader as Coach” program, and organized annual workshops on deep coaching.
Betty graduated from International Coaching Academy (ICA). She is certified by Associate Certified Coach (ACC)and as a deep, transformational coach.
Betty is devoted to create an open space with love and trust for the clients so that they can get deeper connection with his/her inner self and wisdom for the shift of lasting transformation to happen. Now Betty is dedicated to guide leaders to explore their potentials for higher achievement using strategic empathy.
Betty has lived and worked in Melbourne for 5 years and she is now based in Shenzhen.
