GloCoach International, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, Emerge Consulting, and Bo-Le Associates, successfully hosted a groundbreaking Symposium titled “AI & Talent Development” at the Amazon Innovation Center in Shanghai. The invite-only event assembled a who’s who of senior HR and L&D professionals from major companies including Siemens, Astrazeneca, the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), MAN, Nike, PWC, Capgemini, Lacoste, LEK Consulting, and more.

โโโโโThe Symposium was kicked off by Rob Abbanat, CEO of GloCoach, who captivated the audience with a keynote presentation that delved into the role AI will play in shaping the future of talent development. Abbanat covered a spectrum of pressing issues including AI's impact on coaching, its potential evolution, and why human capital managers should not shy away from this transformative technology. His remarks not only set the tone for the day but sparked a series of thought-provoking questions.

Following Abbanat’s opening remarks, a riveting panel discussion took center stage, moderated by Clement Wong of Emerge Consulting. Panelists included industry thought leaders such as Chuck Kemper, SVP and CHRO for ABS; Renee Zhao, CFO of TotalEnergies China; Marijn van Cranenburgh, VP of Area9 Lyceum; and Rob Abbanat. The conversation tackled several key questions:
