Previous Experience:
Early in her career, with a background in Labour Law, Isabelle was involved in projects related to restructuring, reorganization, and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings [Protection of Employment]) regulations. She managed consultations and negotiations with Works Councils and Trade Unions and handled general Employee Relations. Isabelle led Merger and Acquisition/TUPE projects from due diligence to integration in the UK, France, Spain, and Singapore. She has experience in outsourcing and offshoring in IT and Pharma, specifically in Sales Force and Clinical Trials. As Head of HR in Spain, she was directly involved in the sales cycle with client companies, partnering with the Head of Business Development and General Manager, emphasizing the direct impact of HR strategy on business products. She coordinated negotiations with Works Councils across eight countries for the global outsourcing of the IT function and successfully transferred legacy and infrastructure teams to an Indian third-party company.
Isabelle spearheaded greenfield projects, setting up offices and operations in Russia, Bulgaria, and India for IT helpdesks, IT operations, and Trading and Vessel Operations. She designed business strategy processes and operational excellence initiatives, including strategy creation, performance reviews, and cascading objectives. In succession planning and key talent development, she reduced the reliance on expatriates in the Asia Pacific zone by designing and executing an intra-Asia talent development strategy, decreasing the percentage of expatriate General Managers from 80% to 10% over four years. Isabelle supported senior executive transitions, onboarding, and effectiveness by designing and facilitating team effectiveness interventions and workshops, both in person and remotely. She consulted, designed, and facilitated leadership development programs to support changes in business focus and markets, such as transforming from a medical device company to managing clinics and hospitals.
