On October 19, GloCoach was invited to host a "Coaching for Business Transformation" panel discussion at the Washington - Fudan EMBA program. During the event the two coaches, Sherie and Bruce, shared how coaching can effectively help organizations transform more quickly by sharing 4 case studies and the methodologies applied to drive desired results.Some of the key points included were:
In today's VUCA environment, there is no simple solution for a business to transformation successfully. Industry leaders struggle everyday in multiple fields such as:

The coaches shared examples on how they address tough questions:

- - Aligning on SMART goals
- - Applying coaching + mentoring/advising
