Is this right for smaller organizations?

GloCoach works best with organizations that have at least 50 leaders — enough to make the behavioral pattern analysis meaningful. If you’re smaller, we’ll tell you that in the briefing rather than waste your time with a proposal that doesn’t fit.

How is this different from a psychometric test or 360?

Psychometric tests measure preferences. 360s aggregate opinions. GloCoach captures observed behavior — what leaders actually do, across three independent signals. The output is decision-grade. A 360 is not.

What do participants experience?

Voice-first behavioral interviews — conversational, in their language, on their schedule. A leader in Kuala Lumpur interviews in Malay at 8pm from her phone. No scheduling friction, no travel.

How does GloCoach handle sensitive behavioral data?
