Why GloCoach exists
The world’s most important leadership decisions were being made with insufficient evidence — boards approving succession on manager nominations, CEOs promoting for past performance into roles that demand something entirely different.
The intelligence existed — in the behavioral record of every leader, every decision, every high-stakes moment. It had simply never been captured, structured, or made decision-grade.
GloCoach was founded in 2018 to build exactly that: the behavioral evidence layer the world’s leadership decisions were missing. Seven years on, the platform is the result of building that evidence base one leader at a time.
