Philippe is a seasoned executive whose roles have included Regional Sales Manager, Director of Training and Professional Development, Director of HR and later as Director of Sales for Eastern Canada, each of which has contributed to his leadership skills and career orientation. During his tenure at Fournier Pharma, Philippe was a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to his roles on the commercial side of the business, Philippe spent 5 years doing clinical research where he focused on skin and tissue cultures as well as fundamental research on skin immunology and graft rejection.
In 2001 Philippe shifted his career again to focus on Human Resource Strategic Development, best practices in business communication and the establishment of structures for durable development. He has helped organizations in the US, Canada, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Management, Coaching (training of coaches and Executive coaching), Negotiation, Communication Skills, Decision Making Processes, Competency Models, Strategic Development and Team Dynamics are areas of expertise in which Philippe is a consultant for organizations such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, diagnosis, banking, law firms, aeronautics, technologies, manufacturing and mass market product distribution.
Philippe is on the faculty of the International Executive Institute at McGill University. He also sits on the board of the Greater Louisville International Professionals and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
