Introduction

Philippe worked on skin and tissue cultures as well as fundamental research on skin immunology and graft rejection. After over 5 years in fundamental and clinical research, Philippe joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1990.



Sales, Marketing, Communication, Clinical Research and management have become areas of expertise. Positions as Regional Sales Manager, Director of Training and Professional Development, Director of HR and later as Director of Sales for Eastern Canada contributed to Philippe’s leadership skills and career orientation. During his tenure in Pharma, Philippe was a member of the Board of Directors of Fournier.



Aseret Congruence LLC was founded by Philippe in 2001 in the U.S. Human Resource Strategic Development, best practices in business communication and the establishment of structures for durable development are the primary focus of the company with clients in Asia, Africa, Canada, Europe, Middle East and USA. Management, Coaching (training of coaches and Executive coaching), Negotiation, Communication Skills, Decision Making Processes, Competency Models, Strategic Development and Team Dynamics are areas of expertise in which Philippe is a consultant for organizations such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, diagnosis, banking, law firms, aeronautics, technologies, manufacturing and mass market product distribution.



Philippe is on the faculty of the International Executive Institute at McGill University. He also sits on the board of the Greater Louisville International Professionals and is a member of the International Coach Federation.



Philippe earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and a M.Sc. in Microbiology-Immunology.
