A shanghai-based native Chinese speaker, good in reading, writing and speaking English. Will has around 18 years of working experience in industrial automation field, and served several different roles in multiple companies, such as Delta, Siemens, Valeo and Rockwell.

Will started his career as quality engineer and has experience in process quality control, ISO quality system, customer and supplier quality management. He holds national certified quality engineer certification and ISO 9001 auditor certification.
