Talent Retention in the 21st Century
October 2019
On October 24th, GloCoach and Atiom successfully hosted a panel discussion on Talent Retention. Event started off with a keynote presentation from Great Place to Work COO, Alicia Tung, which she went over some very insightful statistics surveyed from companies in Greater China relating to employee turnover and engagement.
Two panel discussions followed shortly after on Well Being and Team Empowerment where industry leaders invited shared their stories and experience on how they used these aspects to improve employee wellbeing and happiness in these challenging times as well as made comparison and contrast on what each of them would do differently. A big thanks to our speakers: Alicia Tung, Nishtha Mehta, Elizabeth Espinosa, Sam Bobertz, Lewis Rogers, and Albin Warin.
After the panel discussion, heartily social exchanges followed with food and beverage provided to end the wonderful evening at Wework.
