如我在之前的文章中讲到的,Coaching的目的是通过启发思考和促进创意,来帮助被辅导者发挥最大潜力。要实现这个目的,提问是核心技能。

什么是高质量的提问?

  • 语言简洁清晰,被问者有一致的理解
  • 聚焦比较单一,不笼统含糊
  • 没有预设答案,鼓励对方从不同角度来回答
  • 开放性和封闭性问题灵活运用
  • 激发对方进行深入思考

Coach中提问的技巧

其实不然,开放式和封闭式问题各有其优势,无法互相取代。

如何用好开放式问题

开放式问题一共有7个疑问词。为了便于记忆,可以记住6W1H

这7种疑问词的力量是不同的,提问者需要充分了解

  • 强:Why,How,What
  • 中:When,Where,Who
  • 弱:Which

“强”疑问词是非常有冲击力的。

例如,你为什么这么做?你当时做了什么?你是怎么处理的?

常见问题类型及范例

  • 询问事实
    能说说这个案子的背景吗?
  • 询问感受
    第一批产品被客户拒收,当时你们的心情是怎样的?
  • 询问观点
    询问观点
  • 鼓励说更多
    能否多说说你对这件事的看法?
  • 询问边界
    为了实现你的职业发展,你打算每天花多少时间在...
  • 引入第三方观点
    你的上司对于这个项目的评价如何?
