Why Our Coaches Are Different

GloCoach combines traditional executive coaching with elements of mentorship and advisory. We recruit and carefully select coaches who have demonstrated exceptional business experience, allowing them to guide our coachees more directly. Our coachees value their coach's operational acumen in addition to coaching certification and training. GloCoach provides the best possible coach based on each coachee's individual needs.

How We Match Coaches With Coachees

As opposed to other coaching philosophies, GloCoach doesn't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to coach matching. We don't believe that just because someone is a certified coach that they are the right coach for every coachee. On the contrary, we believe that finding the right coach is critically important for the success of a coaching engagement. Thus, we have developed MatchStar, a 7-point formula for selecting the right coach based on the specific needs and preferences of the coachee.

Empowered To Deliver Advisory Coaching

We emphasize real-world experience when selecting coaches. Every GloCaoch is trained to leverage the Situational Leadership Model with their coachee, enabling them to share their hard-earned professional experiences.

Many coachees cite the sharing aspect as the most valuable part of the GloCoach experience. We call this unique methodology “Advisory Coaching.”"
