2. Coaching, Training, Mentoring, Consulting的区别
Coaching 聚焦于帮助被辅导者看到自己的盲区,通过探询、提问和挑战,鼓励被辅导 者有创意地克服障碍来达成目标。
Training 聚焦于顺利传递特定的知识、信息或是技能,通常是由拥有特定专业技术的人 来传授。
Mentoring 聚焦于经验的传递,Mentor告诉对方所有自己所知道的。
Consulting 聚焦于顾问发挥其的某一领域专长,向客户建议达成目标的最佳路径,来实 现客户个人或是组织的目标。
